What are the Coolest Cooler dimensions and weight?

The Coolest's box measures 26" (L) x 21" (W) x 19" (H) and the internal volume is 55 quarts. With all the gadgets included, the Coolest ships at 39 pounds. To help you get around with it, pop out the telescoping handle and cross any terrain you want on the rubberized, oversize wheels!

What are the Coolest Speaker specifications?

We've upgraded the Coolest with our very own custom-made Bluetooth® Outdoor Speaker with dual 5-watt drivers and a resonator plate for as much bass, volume and clarity as physics allow. Plus, our Bluetooth Party Pairing® feature lets you stream music from one phone to two speakers up to 30 feet apart! Battery life will vary depending on volume, minimum of 8 hours

Is the speaker Bluetooth only, or can I can also plug-in for tunes?

You can listen to music from any auxiliary device with a 3.5mm headphone jack such as a laptop or an MP3 player. Plug in the cable to the Aux jack on the left side of the Coolest speaker. When the cable is connected, the Coolest speaker automatically switches to the Aux source. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm cable to your device.

How long does the Coolest Cooler battery last?

The Coolest's removable, 20-volt, ice-crushing battery will power through more than 6 gallons of beverages on a single charge. Battery duration will vary depending on intensity of blending. To charge the battery, pop it out of the lid and place it on the charger dock for 4 hours.

How powerful is the blender?

The blender is powered by a 20-volt rechargeable battery and currently chews through a pitcher of margaritas in about 15 seconds. Automatic stop after 20 seconds for safety.

Is the pitcher breakable?

The pitcher is a very hard, BPA-free plastic that should be close to unbreakable, so no worries at the pool or beaches. It is dishwasher safe, but you should avoid the heated drying cycle. 

Are the plates and knife included?

You bet! The Coolest comes with four surprisingly aerodynamic plastic plates and one Samurai-sharp ceramic knife. It's all included with your Coolest purchase!

How long will the ice last?

That's a tough question to answer as so much depends on external factors: the ambient temperature, what is packed inside, and how frequently the Coolest is opened. The Coolest has been designed with a divider and we recommend you keep ice for blending drinks on the left side. On the right side, we suggest you pre-chill any food or drink before you pack your Coolest and put plenty of ice on top and maybe a couple of reusable frozen ice blocks on the bottom. The quality and quantity of ice will also factor in and we recommend you include some block ice if possible. Keeping your Coolest out of direct sunlight will also help. Our experience has been that we've used up the ice for cocktails before it ever melts!

Do you ship worldwide?

Right now the Coolest is only available for sale in the USA & Canada. If you're not located in our current market, we suggest you blindfold, blackmail and/or bribe your better-situated friends to snag one and ship it to you directly.

Can the Coolest get wet?

The Coolest is built with gaskets and drainage to protect the internal electronics against splashes and cannonballs in the pool. It does not mind getting a little wet but do not leave it in the rain or hose it down to clean it. Always store your Coolest indoors and clean with a damp cloth. If it does get completely soaked, remove the battery and store the Coolest with lids in an upright condition. Do not use until all signs of water are gone!

Where do you store the pitcher?

We recommend you bury the pitcher in the ice on the left-hand side of your Coolest while in transit. If you're storing the Coolest, that's also a good place for it to go.

How long does it take to ship after I place my order?

If we receive your order for an in-stock product by 12:00 noon PT we will ship it the same day. This shipping guarantee is valid Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the first business day following the weekend or holiday.

Does the Coolest come with a warranty?

Absolutely! We offer a 1 year limited warranty. You can read the full details on our warranty page. 

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

Verify your product is within the 1-year warranty period provided by Coolest. If you do not have an original receipt you may verify your warranty eligibility with support@coolest.com if you purchased your unit from Coolest.com or registered your warranty at Coolest.com within 30 days of purchase. Send an email to support@coolest.com detailing the issue you’re experiencing. In addition to a description of the problem you will need to provide: proof of purchase, serial no., and preferred shipping address.


One of our renowned service technicians will confirm warranty eligibility, diagnose the issue and suggest a solution. We may make arrangements to have a (1) a replacement part sent out, (2) return parts for service, (3) send an invoice to purchase replacement part(s) in the event an issue is not warrantable.We are in the office from 9-5 PT and spend our weekends enjoying the great outdoors. How do I initiate a return?

Confirm that your Coolest is within the 30-Day Money Back Love-It-Or-Leave-It Guarantee period and reach out to us at support@coolest.com. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Do not return your product to us without an RMA.All returned products must be sent directly to Coolest in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging.
